Global OTC Expansion Plan Launched – Merchant Recruitment Begins!

To create a safe, convenient, and compliant OTC trading environment, DigiFinex has officially launched the OTC merchant recruitment campaign in Mexico and Argentina. We invite quality OTC merchants to join us in expanding the local markets!

1. Event Duration: February 10, 2026 - April 30, 2026

2. Target Audience 

We sincerely invite merchants who meet the following criteria to join:

1. Experience with OTC (over-the-counter)  in Mexico or Argentina
2. Familiarity with local payment channels (bank transfers, local wallets, app payments, etc.) for ARS/MXN
3. Ability to provide stable pricing and efficient settlement services
4. Only transactions and orders for the ARS/USDT and MXN/USDT fiat trading pairs are eligible for rewards

   Definitions:

   • "Effective online advertising duration": the accumulated time during which the merchant's posted order price is within ±2% of the platform reference price (Binance). Orders outside this range can be displayed but will not count toward the reward duration.
   • All evaluation metrics for this event (online duration, completion rate, unique counterparties) apply only to the ARS/USDT and MXN/USDT trading pairs. Data from other fiat markets will not be included in the scope of this reward program.
   • "Completion rate" = number of completed orders ÷ number of matched orders × 100%.
   • "Unique counterparties" refers to the number of unique users who have completed at least one valid transaction with the merchant during the statistical period.
   • Rewards for the previous month will be distributed before the 15th of each month and credited to the merchant's spot account.

5. Traffic Support and Co‑marketing

5.1 Regional Traffic Prioritization

• Exclusive featured placement for ARS/MXN trading pairs
• Increased sorting weight in listings

5.2 Platform co‑marketing

• Joint exposure activities with local KOLs
• Localized marketing support

6. Merchant Conduct Rules

To ensure the healthy operation of the OTC market, all merchants must comply with the following rules:

1. No self-trading or trading with related accounts
2. No malicious order splitting, wash trading, or inducing users to trade inappropriately
3. No advertising that deviates significantly from market prices (deviation ≥ ±5%, based on Binance as a reference)
4. Merchants must respond promptly: complete the first valid action within 10 minutes of order creation

Violation handling mechanism:

• Rewards for the current period will be canceled
• Serious violations may result in suspension or revocation of OTC merchant status

• How long have you been a P2P merchant? On which platform(s)?
• Provide a screenshot of your current merchant backend showing total transaction numbers and completion rates as evidence.
• How much USDT can you provide daily (for buy‑side ads)?
• How much USDT can you collect daily (for sell‑side ads)?
• Your DigiFinex UID
• Your nationality
• Your location (city)

Note: After your verification is approved, we will guide you to submit the OTC merchant application on the DigiFinex website and provide onboarding and training.
