DigiFinex P2P is now officially live. To apply as a P2P merchant, you must support at least one payment method such as a bank card.
To become a verified merchant, you need to complete identity verification and two-factor authentication, add payment methods, and submit your merchant application information. Once approved by the platform, you can publish OTC (off-exchange) trading ads as a merchant.

Merchant Registration Process
Step 1: Register a DigiFinex Account
Create a DigiFinex account, bind your phone number, and complete identity verification and 2FA
(KYC guide link, 2FA guide link).
Step 2: Enter the P2P Trading Page
- From the top-left main menu, go to: Buy Crypto → P2P Trading
- On the P2P trading page, click User in the top-right. In User Center, click Become an Advertiser (top-right) to start the merchant application.
Application Process
Step 3: Complete KYC Verification
KYC is required to start the application.
If KYC is not completed, a pop-up will appear and you can jump to the KYC page.
Refer to the KYC verification guide if needed.
Step 4: Complete Account Security Setup
The following items must be completed before continuing the application:
Complete identity verification
Bind your phone number
Bind your email
Enable Google Verification
These four items can be set in: Profile → Security Center (Email, Phone, Google 2FA, Identity verification)
Step 5: Deposit Requirement (1,000 USDT)
After completing the security setup, you must ensure your P2P account has at least 1,000 USDT.
If your P2P account balance is below 1,000 USDT, transfer funds into your P2P account.
Confirm the amount, enter your email code and Google 2FA code, then refresh the page after the transfer.
Step 6: Provide a Telegram Contact Account
Provide a valid Telegram (TG) contact account so the platform can reach you when necessary.
Step 7: Submit Application
After completing all 6 required steps, click Apply to submit for review.
The platform will review the application as soon as possible.
Note: During the review period, 1,000 USDT will be frozen in your P2P account as a security deposit. If your account balance is below 1,000 USDT, the page will prompt you to deposit 1,000 USDT. If the application is rejected or the merchant status is revoked, the frozen deposit will be returned.
After review, you will be notified via email and an in-app pop-up.
Merchant Exit Process
Step 1: Enter User Center
Go to P2P Trading → User Center, then click Exit merchant and return deposit in the top-right.
If you exit normally and pass the review, 100% of the deposit will be unfrozen within 1 day after approval.

Tips: beware of false customer service
- Do not provide account password, SMS, Google verification code, WeChat and bank card password to anyone including DigiFinex Exchange Customer Service

- Don't click on the unofficial link, beware of computer poisoning information leaks.
- The DigiFinex exchange staff will not ask you to transfer the payment.
