How to add Payment Method

What is the payment method?

The payment method is one of the prerequisites for the purchase and withdrawal of crypto currency into the Fiat on the DigiFinex.

Currently, there has three payment methods supported by DigiFinex

1.WeChat    2.Alipay    3.Bank Savings Card

(add up to 6 bank cards, 3 Alipay accounts and 1 WeChat account per account)

How to add payment methods?

Within the APP:

Step 1: Click the "Head icon" on the top left corner

-> Click  "Payment Method"

-> Click "Add Payment Method" in the bottom

Step 2: Enter payment information and submit

Step 3: Click Open to complete the payment method.

In the website:

Step 1:  Please open DigiFinex official website (www.digifinex.com) in your browser

-> Move your mouse to the "Buy Crypto" and then click “Merchant Trade”

Step 2: Put the mouse on the top right UID place

->Click the drop-down menu's  "Payment Method"

Step 3: Click "Add Payment Method"

Step 4: Enter payment information and Click "submit“

Step 5:Click ”Open” to complete the payment method.

Frequently Asked Questions

When adding a bank card, if your identity or ID information cannot be verified automatically, you need to apply for manual authentication.

You need to upload one: a bank card, and a photo of a handwritten DigiFinex+ date of the upload date, and wait for customer service review.

Tips, beware of false customer service:
1). Do not provide account password, SMS, Google verification code, WeChat and bank card password to anyone including DigiFinex Exchange Customer Service
