How do merchants post Ads and trade?

Merchant Ad Posting Process

Step 1. Post an Ad

After your merchant application is approved:

• Go to P2P Trading page → User
• Click “Create New Ad” in the top-right corner to start posting.

• Fill in the ad details

Parameter explanation:

Type: Choose “Buy” (to purchase crypto) or “Sell” (to sell crypto).

Crypto / Fiat: Select the cryptocurrency and fiat currency.

Unit price: The fiat amount per 1 unit of the specified cryptocurrency. (Example: 1 USDT = 1430 ARS)

Min/Max limit per order: Set the minimum and maximum amount allowed per transaction. System defaults may vary by fiat currency—please pay attention.

Payment method: Choose your payment method. If none is available, click “Add Payment Method” first and wait for approval.

Step 2. Set Up Payment Methods

First, confirm the fiat currency is correct.

Then choose either:

• Bank Transfer
• Cash Payment

Bank transfer: 

• Enter your bank details step by step
• Complete security verification with Email code and Google 2FA
• Submit and wait for system approval

Cash payment:

• Confirm the contact information and your platform account information
• Complete security verification with Email code and Google 2FA
• Submit and wait for system approval

You can also click “Add Payment Method” on the right side of the Payment Methods section on the P2P page to add one, and you can edit/delete existing payment methods.

Step 3. Confirm and Publish the Ad

After filling everything out:

• Review the information again
• Click “Post”

Note: Cash transactions carry higher risk. Please make sure to verify all details carefully.

You can also select both payment methods at the same time.

Overview & Ad management

After publishing, you can manage your ads in the Ad Management page:

• Toggle Online/Offline
• Edit or Delete

Deleting an Ad:

• You must take it offline first (switch the toggle to grey)
• Then click the trash icon to delete

Deleted ads cannot be restored, so confirm before deleting.

Order Handling (Trade Processing)

• When a new order appears on the P2P page, you’ll receive a prompt—please handle it promptly.

• Click the order to enter the order page
• Confirm the order details and wait for the buyer to pay

• After the buyer pays, the “Release” button becomes clickable
• Click to confirm release, then enter the Email code and Google 2FA to release the crypto

• After completion, the system will redirect you to the completion page. If there are any issues, contact customer support promptly.

Dispute Arbitration

If you have any objections to an order or find that the user has not completed the transfer, please initiate an appeal immediately.

Tips: beware of false customer service

1. Do not provide account password, SMS, Google verification code, WeChat and bank card password to anyone including DigiFinex Exchange Customer Service
