How to Buy Crypto? (P2P Buying Process)

Buying Process

Step 1. Browse and place an order

Entry
Go to the P2P Trading page and select [Buy].

Filter
Filter by fiat currency, amount, and your preferred payment method.
It’s recommended to prioritize merchants with a high completion rate and a reasonable price.

Place order
Click [Buy], enter the amount or quantity you want to purchase in the pop-up window (the system will calculate automatically).
After confirming, click [Buy] to create the order.

Step 2. Pay and confirm

Enter the required amount/quantity of the digital asset.
After the order is created, click Buy USDT.

Off-platform payment

Leave the platform and transfer funds to the merchant using your banking app or payment app.
Make sure the payer’s name matches the name on your platform identity verification (KYC).

Mark as paid

After transferring, return to the order page and click [I Have Paid].
The system will notify the merchant to confirm receipt.

Step 3. Order completion and asset check

Wait for the merchant to confirm the funds have been received and to release the crypto.

When the order status changes to [Order Completed], you can click [View Assets] at the bottom of the page to confirm the funds have arrived.

Special Situations

Cash payment / disputes 

Pickup code logic: 

After handing over cash offline, on the order page click [I’ve Paid, Get Pickup Code].

Then:

• Complete the security verification (email code + Google 2FA).
• The system generates a unique 6-digit pickup code.

• Show/tell the pickup code to the merchant. After the merchant enters and verifies it, the crypto will be released instantly.

Order appeal

If you have paid but the merchant does not release the crypto for a long time or any abnormal situation occurs:

• Click [Submit an Appeal]
• Describe the issue and upload screenshots of your payment proof
• Platform customer support will step in for arbitration

Cancel an order

If you need to stop after placing an order, please cancel the order in time.

Transfer between accounts

Crypto obtained through P2P trading is stored by default in your [P2P Account].
You can transfer it to your [Spot Account] for trading or withdrawal.

How to transfer

• Go to your P2P Account, and click [Transfer] on the right side of the corresponding coin.

• Set the transfer direction from [P2P Account] to [Spot Account], enter the amount, and click Confirm.
