Recently, we have received reports from users regarding asset deposits not being credited in time due to missing or incorrect "Tag" or "Memo" information during transfers. To help users standardize their operations and ensure the safety of their assets, we have established the following retrieval guidelines:
1. Why is it necessary to fill in Tag or Memo?
A tag or memo is a unique identifier assigned to each account for identifying a deposit and crediting the appropriate account. When depositing certain crypto, such as XEM, XLM, XRP, KAVA, ATOM, BAND, EOS, etc., you need to enter the respective tag or memo for it to be successfully credited.
2. What transactions are eligible for Tag/Memo Recovery?
- Deposits to DigiFinex accounts with wrong or missing tag/memo.
- If you entered the wrong address or tag/memo for your withdrawal from DigiFinex, please contact the receiving platform for assistance, as DigiFinex is unable to assist.
3. How to apply?
- Due to risk control requirements, you need to complete KYC Level 3 verification.
- We will need you to record a video showing you logging into your account for showing the current withdrawal history that is not filled in Tag/Memo and making another deposit( 0-1 Coin/Token, For example, 0-10XRP, the quantity will be given by the customer service later, and the second transaction address must be the same as the original address).
- Please send an email attached with the video to support@digifinex.com together with all the deposit information.

Please note:
- For the safety of your funds, your deposit will be credited to your DigiFinex account after we confirm your application. If the deposit comes from another platform, please contact the platform for assistance.
- If the tag/memo you filled coincidentally belongs to another user, your deposit might be transferred to that user’s account. We are unable to assist.
- We will collect fees for the retrieval service, which is 200 USDT. If the remaining amount after deducting the fee is less than the minimum withdrawal amount, we will not be able to assist with the recovery.
