Announcement on DigiFinex Reseller Back Office Upgrade

Dear users,

To improve the quality of service for DigiFinex partners and to complement a more comprehensive business development model, DigiFinex will conduct a full upgrade of all DigiFinex partners' affiliate backend on August 10, 2022, from 9:00-24:00 (UTC+8), and the backend will not be open during that time.

Declare:

1. The referral added during the upgrade period will be calculated normally, but will not be displayed on the interface of referral received and will be displayed and can be received normally only after the upgrade is completed.
2. Transaction data generated during the affiliate backend upgrade will be displayed after the backend upgrade is completed

This upgrade involves the following pages: Affiliate team page, Referral rate configuration page, broker page, Referral history page.

Affiliate team page:

1. General affiliate in the affiliate team list can directly set the group and tier of the new person, its group and tier need to be configured in advance in the referral rate configuration table in the general affiliate. The invitee is the upper tiers of the new person and cannot be changed. If the user is invited by the general affiliate, the general affiliate can set any group and tier for the user; if the user is not invited by the general affiliate, the new person can only be set as the lower tiers of the same group of the inviter.
2. For new affiliate team members, if the general affiliate does not set groups and tiers for the new person, they will be regular user by default and will not receive referral.

Referral rate configuration page:

1. General affiliate can generate multiple groups in the referral rate configuration list, and set different referral rates for the corresponding 1-10 tiers of each group; for the group that has been set, you can modify the group name and the referral rate at all tiers or delete the group; to delete the group, you need to ensure that there are no members in the group; each group can be set up to 10 tiers, not including general affiliate.
2. The existing broker referral rate and the general sub-affiliate referral rate will be based on the new calculation method to generate a new referral rate, which is placed in the DEFAULT GROUP to ensure that the amount of referral generated below tier 10 will not be affected. For the amount of referral generated within tier 10 will have a certain impact, the general affiliate can adjust the DEFAULT GROUP inside the corresponding referral rate of each tier.

Broker page:

1. After this update, there will no longer be a broker setting page and no broker can be set, all users will receive the corresponding percentage of referral according to the group and tier they belong to.

Referral history calculation:

• Old version: The trading fees generated by yourself cannot receive the referral; New version: The trading fees generated by yourself can receive the referral according to the proportion corresponding to the team tiers you belong to.
• Any general affiliate can choose to become a fixed or floating exchange ratio affiliate. Fixed exchange ratio of the general affiliate to receive the amount of the difference with the tier 1 sub-affiliate to calculate the rate of referral, different groups may give the general affiliate a different rate of referral; floating exchange ratio of the general affiliate to receive a certain rate of the amount negotiated with the D network, different groups to give the general affiliate the same rate of referral.
• After the trading fees is generated, only the direct or indirect invitee of the person who generated the fees can receive the referral by rate. For example, if the tier 3 sub-affiliate is invited by the tier 2, the tier 2 is invited by the tier 1, and the tier 1 is invited by the general affiliate, then the trading fees generated by tier 3 sub-affiliate, the tier 3, the tier 2, the tier 1, and general affiliate can receive the referral, but not for the tier 4 and below.

 If a tier 3 sub-affiliate is directly invited by the general affiliate and has no direct or indirect invitation relationship with the tier 2 and tier 1 sub-affiliate, then the tier 3 sub-affiliate will receive 65u of the 100u trading fees generated by the tier 3, the general affiliate will receive 15u, and the other sub-affiliate will not receive it.

• No referral rate for regular users, only their direct or indirect invitees can receive the corresponding rate of referral for the trading fees generated by regular users, regular users themselves do not receive referral.
• For both fixed exchange ratio or floating exchange ratio affiliate or sub-affiliate, if the next tier has the same rate of referral, the amount that can be received will be 0.
• For any tiers of the fixed exchange ratio, the referral rate cannot be set higher than the previous tiers; for the floating exchange ratio, the referral rate cannot be set higher than the previous tiers for tiers 1-10 (excluding the general affiliate).
