Announcement on DigiFinex Discontinuing Services for Users in India

Dear Users,

DigiFinex highly values the support and use of our platform by users in India. In response to local regulatory and compliance requirements in India, we will be making adjustments to our services for users in the region and gradually withdrawing from the Indian market.

DigiFinex will discontinue relevant services for users in India and carry out an orderly offboarding process for existing Indian users. Affected users are requested to manage the assets in their accounts in a timely manner and complete all withdrawals within the specified period.

DigiFinex has implemented the following measures:

1. Effective September 10, 2026, DigiFinex has stopped accepting new user registrations from India;
2. Effective September 11, 2026, deposit, trading, and OTC services have been discontinued for users in India;
3. Withdrawal services for users in India will remain available until December 31, 2026. Affected users are requested to withdraw all remaining assets from their accounts before this date.

We recommend that you log in to your DigiFinex account as soon as possible, review your account balance, and complete your withdrawals. To avoid potential delays caused by network congestion, blockchain confirmation times, or other circumstances close to the deadline, we strongly recommend completing the withdrawal process in advance.
