Rules for friend referral rewards

1. Rewards for inviters:

3. The new rules of this activity will be implemented from May 22, 2020 16:00:00 (GMT+8). Your referral rewards before this rule update will still be calculated in accordance with the previous rules until all the rewards are distributed. (Frozen ETH rewards has been expired)
