【Tutorial】- How to use Dual Investment

1. Wealth Product Purchasing Process

Step 1: Download Digifinex application: Click here to know how to download Digifinex application

Step 2: Open the Wealth Interface

->Click “Wealth” after logging into your account on the Digifinex application.

->There are 3 bottoms to enter the Dual Investment Interface

Entrance 1-Dual Investment

Subscription process: Dual Market -> select the product type -> enter the product list -> select the product to be subscribed -> enter the subscription interface -> enter the subscription amount, check the purchase agreement, subscribe -> jump to the subscription success interface

Entrance 2-Dual Market

Subscription process: select the product type -> enter the product list -> select the product to be subscribed -> enter the subscription interface -> enter the subscription amount, check the purchase agreement, subscribe -> jump to the subscription success interface

Entrance 3-Subscription Interface

Subscription process: Enter the subscription interface -> enter the subscription amount, check the purchase agreement, subscribe -> jump to the successful subscription interface

Notice: You can enter the dual investment interface after logging in your account, otherwise a login window will pop up when you click dual investment.

Step 3: Subscription process

->Enter the dual market interface, choose your ideal wealth products

Current products: BTC up&Exercised, BTC down&Exercised, ETH up&Exercised and ETH down&Exercised

->click the product to choose your expecting delivery date

->Enter the subscription interface after confirming the product and its delivery date

  ->Enter the subscription amount

  ->check the subscription agreement

  ->click “Subscription”

->Succeed in subscription! You will see a picture shown below:

2. How to find my present wealth products and history records:

Notice:

The status will be displayed as Under Subscription when the subscription application submitted. After the subscription result is confirmed, if the subscription is successful, it will be displayed as the delivery date;

If the user fails to subscribe for all the subscription amount, the status will be displayed as Subscription failed. 

2..1 Click“Dual Earning Details ”to check your current earning details. There are two types:

tab1:  unrealized earnings(shown in picture 1).

tab2: realized earnings (in picture 2).

2.2 Click “Transaction records” to check your dual transaction records.

Tips, beware of false customer service:
