At present, the real-name verification function supports mobile APP and web submission, and can be completed within 1 minute after submitting through the Digifinex web, helping you to quickly complete the real-name verification and start your trading journey.

Due to legal and compliance requirements, DigiFinex cannot serve citizens and residents of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Singapore, Mainland China, Hong Kong, the Balkans, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Sudan and Syria.

What is the use of real-name verification?

a. Prerequisites for OTC over-the-counter transactions

b. Prerequisites for participating in most of the activities of the Digifinex

How to identify with real name? (Due to local laws and regulations, citizens of the United States, Singapore and China are not allowed to register with DigiFinex.)

1. Open the official website of Digifinex: https://www.digfinex.com/en-ww

- After opening, click the avatar icon in the upper right corner

- Click "Verify Now"

2. First click "Verify" of LV1 to identify

-- Choose nationality (under 18 is prohibited from registering)

-- Select the document type (passport or ID card can be used, please do not use a driver's license for real-name identification!!)

-- Upload ID photos (both sides of the ID card, left and right sides of the personal information page of the passport and must have a signature)

Submit the application, wait for approval, and complete the LV1 identity verification, as shown in the pic:

3. After the LV1 identity verification is completed, click "Verify" of LV2 to perform liveness check: follow the prompts to take a selfie at the camera for face verification, submit it after completion and wait for the system to automatically review it.

If the audit fails, please refer to the system to inform the reason of the failure, re-submit the real-name identification materials or contact the customer service to confirm the specific reasons for the audit failure (do not submit the materials multiple times or repeatedly!)

4: After the liveness check of LV2 is completed, click "Verify" of LV3 to verify the proof of residence

-- Upload proof of address (the document should contain your full name and address, and should not exceed 3 months), please select one of the following document types as proof of address:

• Bank statement with date of issue and name
  Utility bills for gas, electricity, water, internet, etc. related to the property
  Credit card statement
  Letters from government agencies
  Front and back of driver's license with address (driver's license without address information will not be accepted!!)

Note:

1. Please provide real information certification. For behavioral platforms such as false information or PS certification information, the account will be banned

2. The picture is only in JPG, PNG format and the size cannot exceed 2MB

3. Please make sure that the uploaded photos are clear and no cropping, no occlusion or modification, otherwise the application will be rejected
