How to Get Back Your Lost EVMOS?

Dear users,

Digifinex supports direct deposit and withdraw EVMOS assets through Keplr wallet now. Before this, some of you might have lost several EVMOS assets due to using Keplr wallet to deposit into your Digifinex account. Now the assets can be found and returned. The specific methods are as follows:

 

1. Please refer to https://digifinex.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/7837564900889 and generate a deposit address in Cosmos bech32 format on Digifinex. (Complete Step 2 in the tutorial）

2. Please find the Tx hash of your deposit through the Keplr wallet to the Digifinex account.

3. Please contact Digifinex's official online customer service, and submit a ticket. Fill in your UID, the newly-generated Cosmos address, and the Tx hash of the unsuccessful transaction, then click submit. (Online ticket link: https://digifinex.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new)

4. Our customer service representatives will help you complete the return within 24 hours after receiving your ticket.
