Recently, some criminals pretended to be DigiFinex in Taiwan to defraud. Using high-yield as bait, guided users to download pirated DigiFinex apps to recharge and steal user funds through IM software such as WhatsApp and Line. Its behavior seriously violated the property interests of users, our company's reputation and legitimate rights and interests.

DigiFinex hereby solemnly reminds: DigiFinex App only provides download services on the Apple Store, Google Play and official website download pages, other download channels are all scams, please be sure to distinguish carefully. Digifinex official staff and authorized agents will not lure users to download the APP on the grounds of any high profit.

If users in Taiwan find the fraudulent behaviors, please inform us in time. Our company will give rewards to the whistle-blowers. For more specific information, please check the following pages. Everyone is welcome to actively participate in the report to avoid the loss of more users' property.
