How can I earn Rewards Points?

You can earn Rewards Points when making payments using DiCard.

How are points calculated?

All your DiCard transactions — including confirmed, canceled, and refunded ones — are netted to calculate your rewards points.

VIP Level	Reward Points	Monthly Point Cap
All Level	1%	1000 (Equivalent to 10USD)

For example, if you made a payment of 500USD with DiCard without any cancellation and refund, you will receive 500 points (equivalent to 5USD).

After making a transaction using my DiCard, when can I expect to receive my Rewards Points?

Under normal circumstances, you can typically expect to receive your Rewards Points within 3 calendar days.

Is there an expiration for my Rewards Points?

No. There is no expiration date for Rewards Points.

Important Notes:

To maintain a fair rewards program, DigiFinex may exclude transactions via selected e-wallets with merchants or categories considered high-risk for rewards abuse.
DigiFinex reserves the right to withhold rewards for transactions deemed ineligible or abusive, even if the transaction's MCC is not listed among the excluded MCC below:
Eligible spending excludes top-ups or transfers to e-wallets, prepaid accounts, or digital accounts with Merchant Category Codes (MCC) 4829, 6012, 6014, 6051, 6540, 5399, 4722, 7372, 7299 and 7399.
