Announcement on the USDT Conversion Method for Tokens After Delisting

Dear Users,

As some tokens delisted on DigiFinex require conversion into USDT at the market price during delisting and
distribution to users’ Spot Accounts, we have launched a self-service conversion feature to simplify the

process. The steps are as follows:

1. Login->Balance->Sopt asset : the following prompt box will be displayed. Click 'Redeem' to go to the convert page.

2. Users can click 'Convert' to see the confirmation pop-up window.
-If a user's account has multiple tokens available for convert, can click the checkbox in front of the token (the default is unchecked) to select one or more. A calculation bar will then appear below, showing that N items have been selected, along with the user's estimated total value in USDT (the sum of the estimated values of the selected tokens).

3. Click ‘Convert’, the delisted token will be converted, the user will return to the original spot account page, and receive the corresponding amount of USDT.
