The Steps of currency transactions and ETF clearing and refunding for existing users in Mainland China:
At 24:00 (GMT+8) on September 30, 2021, the deposit function for mainland Chinese users will be closed.
At 10:00, November 05, 2021 (GMT+8), currency transactions and ETFs for users in mainland China are prohibited, and orders for users in mainland China will be cancelled (withdrawal functions remain open, users in other non-restricted countries and regions will not be affected).
The settlement and return process of existing users' contract transactions in Mainland China:
At 10:00 (GMT+8) on November 5, 2021, the settlement of the positions of users in mainland China will be carried out (users in other non-restricted countries and regions will not be affected by this).
The open positions of currency-based perpetual contracts and USDT-based perpetual contracts will be closed at the marked price as the delivery price, and all users' pending orders will be cancelled.
After the settlement of all types of contracts is completed, please transfer the assets in your contract account to the spot account as soon as possible.
In order to avoid the risk of potential market fluctuations before settlement and settlement, users are strongly recommended to close their positions in advance!
Procedures for the settlement and withdrawal of margin accounts for existing accounts in Mainland China:
From 10:00 (GMT+8) on November 5, 2021, the margin trading and transfer functions for mainland Chinese users will be closed. Leveraged orders will be cancelled in batches, and mainland Chinese users who have open positions will trigger the system to automatically close positions. After the system has completed the processing, please transfer the remaining assets to the spot account as soon as possible.
It is strongly recommended that users in Mainland China close their positions in advance to avoid triggering the system to close their positions (users in other non-restricted countries and regions will not be affected).
Funds and current wealth management clearing and refunding procedures for existing accounts in Mainland China
At 24:00 (GMT+8) on October 20, 2021, the fund and current wealth management subscription functions of mainland Chinese users will be closed, and users in all regions can perform normal redemption operations. If you need to redeem in advance, please contact online customer service.
Withdrawal Function Retention Period:
Mainland Chinese users who have opened DigiFinex accounts can still log in to their accounts, and can only view personal information to apply for withdrawal of personal assets, but cannot conduct any transactions. It is tentative that the withdrawal function for Mainland Chinese users will continue to be retained until December 31, 2021 , If there is any change, a separate announcement will be made.
