Starting October 1, 2024, DigiFinex Canada Limited is required to make the following changes:
Limited Account Activity: You will only be able to execute liquidating trades in your account. This means you can close existing positions but will not be able to open new ones.
Trading Suspension: We will temporarily cease offering trading services in Canada until we conclude the remaining arrangements needed to secure the appropriate registration.
Alternative Options for Trading
If you wish to continue trading crypto assets without interruption, you will need to use an alternativetrading platform that is authorized to operate in Canada. Should you wish to transfer assets from your account to a registered Canadian trading platform, we will facilitate the transaction without delay and waive any service charges in connection with such transfer.
Your Assets Remain Secure
Please rest assured that your assets held with us are securely held through our custodial partner, Tetra Trust Company. You can continue to access your account to view your holdings and withdraw funds at any time.
