Ever since the launch of DigiFinex's first reward-based activity, we have been coming out with new events regularly and they have been well received by our supportive customers.While we are thankful to everyone's active participation, it is inevitable to have users use the improper means to scavenge event rewards.

These inappropriate behaviors not only seriously affect the normal operation of the platform, but also greatly damage the rights and interests of normal users.

Therefore, we reiterate that DigiFinex will take serious treatment for users who use improper means to scavenge activity rewards (including creating a large number of alternate account to obtain rewards, and withdraw/cash them out, etc.).Include but are not limited to warnings/deductions of improper income/permanent seals.

DigiFinex also appreciates any customer to reports suspicious activity. Let's work together to maintain an honest and credible platform environment.
