Announcement on the handling of overdue withdrawals of tokens delisted

Dear users,
In order to solve the problem that users do not withdraw the tokens after the withdrawal period announced in the delisting announcement, DigiFinex has decided to implement the following handling measures from now on(July 25th, 2024):

(1) Users who request to withdraw delisted tokens beyond the withdrawal period specified in the delisting announcement must pay a 50 USDT asset custody fee after the wallet team confirms that the withdrawal can be processed. After that, DigiFinex will support users in withdrawing the delisted tokens.

(2) If the wallet team confirms that the delisted token has stopped maintenance and cannot be withdrawn, DigiFinex will not be able to provide withdrawal support.

Please pay attention to the withdrawal reminder messages (Email/APP Push) regarding the delisted tokens.
