[Delisting] Announcement on the delisting of CEL

Dear users,

In order to create a healthy blockchain digital asset environment and improve users‘ trading experience. DigiFinex will delist the CEL/USDT trading pair and close the deposit & withdrawal and trading service of CEL.

The schedule is as follows:
1. Closing time of trading service: 9:00 (UTC) on July 22nd, 2024.(Deposit service of  CEL has been closed )
2. Trading pairs to be closed: CEL/USDT(Users who have placed orders of the above pairs please cancel them before the closing time. All related orders will be canceled automatically after trading is closed.)
3. Closing time for the withdrawal: 9:00 (UTC) on Aug. 22nd, 2024. Please withdraw your holdings before this time. If the withdrawal period expires without withdrawal, the user's CEL assets will be forcibly converted into USDT and returned to the spot account.
