[Delisting] Announcement on the delisting of BLAST

DigiFinex will delist the BLAST/USDT trading pair and close the deposit & withdrawal and trading service of BLAST.

The schedule is as follows:
1. Closing time for the trading and deposit service: 8:15 (UTC) on Dec. 7th, 2023;
2. Trading pairs to be closed:BLAST/USDT (Users who have placed orders of the above pairs please cancel them before the closing time. All related orders will be canceled automatically after trading is closed.)
3. Closing time for the withdrawal: 8:15 (UTC) on April 7th, 2024 (Please withdraw your holdings before this time.)
