In order to provide a better futures trading experience, DigiFinex will be conducting a 60-minute maintenance upgrade of the contract system on Aug 22, 2023, from 16:30 to 17:00 (GMT+8).
During the futures system maintenance upgrade, all futures trading on the platform will be temporarily suspended. Functions such as market updates, opening and closing positions, order cancellation, additional margin, and derivative fund transfers will be unavailable. However, the derivative assets will not be affected. You will still be able to access the DigiFinex official website and use the app normally for all other services except futures trading.
To avoid the impact of market volatility during the maintenance upgrade, if there is significant market fluctuation close to the upgrade period, we will postpone the upgrade until the market stabilizes. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this system upgrade.
