DigiFinex values the usage of Hong Kong users on our platform, and in response to the requirements of the Hong Kong regulator, we will be making some adjustments to comply with local regulations. We hereby announce that DigiFinex Global will no longer provide services for users in Hong Kong. At the same time, we will launch DigiFinex Hong Kong Site（DigiFinex-HK) on May 31st. The DigiFinex-HK will comply with the regulations of the Hong Kong financial regulatory authorities, providing more secure, stable, and transparent services.

We recommend that you log in to the Hong Kong site as soon as possible and complete the registration by verifying your identity, in order to ensure that your account will not be affected. On the DigiFinex-HK, you can continue to enjoy all the functions of the DigiFinex platform, including buying and selling digital assets.
If you registered with the same email on the main site, your KYC information on the main site can be automatically synchronized to the Hong Kong site without having to repeat KYC.
DigiFinex Global Site plans to complete the orderly withdrawal of existing users who have been authenticated with Hong Kong identity before July 30th, 2023, 24:00 (UTC-4), while ensuring the safety of user assets. Details are as follows:
- DigiFinex Global has stopped providing KYC services to new users in the Hong Kong region;
- The deposit service for Hong Kong users will be closed on June 1st, 2023, at 24:00 (UTC-4);
- The trading and fund management services for Hong Kong users will be closed on June 1st, 2023, at 24:00 (UTC-4);
- The withdrawal function will remain available till 24:00 (UTC-4) on July 30th, 2023.
