Announcement on Supporting the Token Swap of LUFFY

Dear users,

The RB has updated a new smart contract. We will open the LUFFY deposit and withdrawal service at 8:00 (UTC) on March 20th, 2023, and the LUFFY/USDT trading service at 11:00 (UTC) on March 21st, 2023.

And the old LUFFY has been swapped to the new LUFFY at a ratio of 1,000,000:1.
