[Delisting] Announcement on the delisting of BHP

In response to the BHP provider's delisting request, DigiFinex will delist the BHP/USDT trading pair and close the deposit & withdrawal service of BHP. Also, users who hold BHP will swap to CPV at a ratio of 1:1.

3. Closing time for the withdrawal: 7:00 (UTC) on March 16th, 2023 (Please withdraw your holdings before this time.)
