More gift cards will be added to the gift card section soon. With the exception of the Amazon DE (Germany) gift card, all gift cards shall be physical gift cards valid in the U.S. and are denominated in U.S. dollars.
The Gift Card P2P trading rules are as follows:
For seller of gift cards:
1. 0 transaction fees.
2. No KYC is required.
3. Clear photos of a receipt indicating the cash purchase of the gift card(s) and the front and back of the valid gift card(s) are required to be uploaded.
4. The order can be canceled before clicking"Submit". The time limit of an order is 30 minutes. If you have questions about the transaction, please click on the "Appeal" to request customer service agents to investigate.
5. Clicking the "Submit" indicates acceptance of the transaction terms set by the card buyer in the "Ad Remarks", adjudication of the appeal is in accordance with the trading terms set by the card buyer. Assure that the physical gift cards uploaded were purchased with cash and are authentic, unregistered, unused, and unlocked, and that the total value of gift cards matches the currency and trade amount of the order, otherwise it will be considered fraudulent.
6. If fraud is detected, the account will be frozen for 7 days and BTC equivalent to 5% of the order amount will be deducted as service fees.
For buyers of gift cards:
1. 0 transaction fees for the first month from launching the gift card P2P trading zone.
2. You need to complete the KYC before you can post an advertisement to buy gift cards with bitcoins. After you set the transaction price, please fill in the "Ad Remarks" with your trading terms, including the limits of order amount, whether the gift card is denominated in US dollars or euros, whether you need a receipt indicating cash purchase, whether you only accept physical cards purchased within 5 days, whether you only accept physical cards, whether you accept e-codes. If there is an appeal, adjudication of the appeal is in accordance with the trading terms set in the "Ad Remarks".
3. When an advertisement is published, the system will freeze the corresponding BTC amount.
4. Please remain online while the ad is "on", otherwise the platform will intervene 30 minutes after the gift card seller initiates the order, and the platform has the right to transfer corresponding frozen BTC equivalent to the order amount to the gift card seller.
5. If the gift card is used, locked, or the balance on the gift cards does not match the amount of the order, please click on "Appeal" to request for customer service agents' intervention and investigation.
6. Do not click "Confirm Receipt" until you confirm that you have received the gift cards that match the amount of the order, otherwise you will be solely responsible for your own losses.
7. If fraud is detected, the account will be frozen for 7 days, and you will pay the BTC of the corresponding order amount and 5% of the BTC of the equivalent order amount will be deducted as service fees.
Steps of a trade:
1. Gift card seller selects the advertisement of favoriable gift card and price, makes sure that the sum of value is within the trade limits of the advertisement.
2. Gift card seller keys in the total amount of the gift cards to be traded and creates the order.
3. Gift card seller confirms the trading terms in the buyer's "Ad Remarks" and, if the trading terms are acceptable, uploads clear and unedited photos of the physical gift cards and the receipt of cash purchase, then clicks "Submit"; if the trading terms are not acceptable, please clicks on "Cancel" and checks out another advertisement.
4. Gift card buyer will receive the pictures of gift cards and receipt, redeem the gift cards, confirm that the total value of gift cards matches the amount of the order, and only then click "Confirm Receipt" to release the coins. The transaction is completed.
Tips for trading:
1. Familiarise with the entire DigiFinex P2P/gift card trading process before making a trade.
2. Start with small trades and gradually increase the order limits.
3. The gift card sellers shall ensure that the gift cards (except for Amazon DE gift card) are authentic, unregistered, unused, and unlocked and valid in the United States of America, denominated in USD. The Platform maintains zero tolerance for any fraudulent activities.
4. The gift card buyers should have enough free time and some spare funds, and can bear the risk of BTC price fluctuations. Be sure to confirm receipt of gift cards equivalent to the full amount of the order and then click "Confirm Receipt" to release the coins. If encountering any problems with the gift cards, please click on the "Appeal" to request customer service to investigate. All consequences and losses resulting from clicking on "Confirm Receipt" have nothing to do with DigiFinex and are the sole responsibility of the gift card buyers.
Transaction Fees:
1. The seller of the card does not have to pay any transaction fees when purchasing BTC with authentic, unused, unregistered, and unlocked physical gift cards.
2. After the promotional period of the first month, the card buyers will pay a transaction fee of 1% of the order amount in BTC for each transaction, and will enjoy a 20% discount on the transaction fee if the transaction volume of the month exceeds 30 orders, and a 40% discount on the transaction fee if the transaction volume of the month exceeds 100 orders.
