b. Complete the card application through the referral link of DigiFinex card partners; the system will simultaneously register a DigiFinex account for you.（You can log in to DigiFinex Card via email OTP to check the progress of your card application.）
2. User completes KYC identity verification
3. User apply for DigiFinex virtual card (0 account opening fee, 0 management fee, 0 handling fee)
