1.Introduction:
DigiFinex users can directly use their Fiat money to purchase the digital assets through the P2P, then transfer the cryptocurrency to the spot account balance to start investing. Currently, the P2P trading supports USDT, BTC, and ETH.
There is no handling fee for the P2P transaction.
The minimum amount of each transaction has to ≥ 100USD or equivalent value Fiat money. Otherwise，this order won't be successful. No fees would be charged. Currently the payment supports Transferase, Paypal, Uphold, Zelle and credit card. It might take only 2 minutes to receive your money back.
2.Precondition：
1)Has to prove the ID verification,Click here to get how to do ID Verification
2)Has to add the Payment Method, Click here to get how to add the Payment Method
3.The relevant procedures are as follows:
Step 1: Open the DigiFinex APP and find the "P2P" interface
-> Press the top left option,and choose the Crypto currency and Fiat money pair you want to trade
Step 2: select the "Buy" tab
-> make sure the Bussiness's payment method you already added
-> Then Click "Buy" button
Step 3: Input the Purchase amount, the system will help you calculate the Fiat money amount automatically
-> Click "confirm" to start the order
(The minimum amount of each transaction has to ≥ the minimum “Order Limit” provided by the Businesses)
Step 4: Get the Business account info
-> Use the payment method you added transfer the money to that account
-> Click the "Confirm"
Step 5: Choose the payment method type you used to let the system know
-> Click the "Confirm" again
Step 6: Waiting for bussiness release the currency to Buyer's account
Step 7: Fiat Trade purchase succeed!!

4、 transfer the OTC account Assets to the spot account
Step 1: Click on Blance ,and Slide left to OTC Page
-> Click "Transfer Out"
Step 2: Choose Currency
->Choose from OTC account to Spot account
->Enter transfers Amount
->Click "Submit"
