As a digital asset trading platform, DigiFinex (DigiFinex.com) will not freeze any user's account assets without any legitimate reason. If the assets of your account are frozen, candy boxes/transaction incentives/DFT transaction fees/entry-order transaction bills/withdrawal of fiat/participation in asset-lock-in activities are among the most probable reasons.
Candy Box: In this activity, candies, or the designated tokens are rewarded to participators. Those candies will only be unlocked automatically after the activity ends. For more details, click here.
Transaction Reward: For DFTs rewarded by transactions, they will be manually unlocked after 24 hours. Once they are manually unlocked, users will not be able to enjoy additional transaction rewards any more. For more details, click here.
DFT Transaction Fee: For DFT users, they can enjoy transaction fee discount the [Personal Center] - ["Fee Discounts & VIP Upgrades" (APP)] or ["Fee Discounts" (PC)] . Entry order transactions bills: For entry order transactions bills, the tokens will be frozen until transaction is completed, you can revoke the entry order transaction bill to unfreeze tokens. For more details, click here.
Withdrawal Process: In the process of withdrawal, incompleteness will result in tokens being frozen, unless withdrawal is cancelled. Successful withdrawal will enable the transfer of the tokens. For more details, click here.
Friend invitation: ETH obtained by Friend invitation reward belongs to a frozen state, and will not be unfreezed until task is completed. For more details, click here.
Participation in locking activities: Assets will be unlocked after completion of corresponding activities. See activity details to understand more.
Freezing Account:Digital asset trading platform, DigiFinex (DigiFinex.com) will not close user accounts at will. If there are illegal activities found such as creating multiple accounts to receive rewards, malicious stealing of other people's account assets, transferring illicitly acquired assets from third-party platform to DigiFinex (DigiFinex.com), DigiFinex (DigiFinex.com) will close such user accounts in respect of other users.
