DigiFinex Full System Maintenance and Upgrade Announcement

To provide a better trading experience, DigiFinex plans to upgrade and optimize the trading system from July 9th, 2024, 19:00 to July 10th, 2024, 01:00 (UTC). The actual completion time of the upgrade will be subject to the announcement.

During the upgrade period, all trading services on the DigiFinex platform will be suspended. This includes disruptions to all spot, margin, and contract trading, as well as related functions such as market updates, opening and closing positions, placing orders, canceling orders, and copying trades. Other services will not be affected, and trading services will resume normal operations after the upgrade is completed.

To avoid the impact of market fluctuations during the upgrade, users with open positions are advised to take precautionary measures in advance, such as canceling orders, closing positions, or increasing margin to prevent forced liquidation risks. If market fluctuations occur during the upgrade period, we will postpone the upgrade until the market stabilizes. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this system upgrade and thank you for your understanding!
