To ensure the accuracy and security of transaction data, we strongly recommend following these steps to synchronize your device time with the network time:
Method 1: Set to Automatically Sync with Network Time
Click on the desktop Windows icon > Settings icon, then choose Time & Language.
In the Date and Time section, turn on Set time automatically and Set time zone automatically.
When connected to the internet, after a while, the computer will automatically synchronize with the network time.
Method 2: Manually Sync the Computer to Network Time
Type Control Panel in the search box on the taskbar and open it.
Select Clock and Region > Date and Time > Internet Time > Change settings, check "Synchronize with an Internet time server," then click Update now to synchronize the network time.
For the issue regarding time format errors on a Mac computer, we provide the following solution:
1. Click on the Apple menu and select "System Preferences."
2. In the System Preferences window, click on "General."
3. On the right panel, locate and click on "Date & Time."
4. You may need to scroll down the page to find this option.
5. In the Date & Time settings, check the box for "Set date and time automatically."
6. Click on the "Set..." button and enter the network time server for your location. You can find information about an appropriate network time server for your region through a search engine.
7. Finally, ensure the box for "Set time zone automatically using your current location" is checked.
By following these steps, your device's time will synchronize with the network time, resolving the issue of time format errors.
