A: Participating in our User Referral Program is a straightforward process:

Wait for us to disburse the card opening fee (the reward for the previous month will be settled in the middle of each month).
Please note that if your invitee cancels the card application or cancels the card before it is sent out, the invitation will not be considered valid.
Q3: When will I receive my reward?
A: We return the rewards of the User Referral Program from the previous month in the middle of each month. If you do not receive your reward within this timeframe, please contact our customer service team.
